Climate Mural Workshop

Overview

The Climate Mural is:

  • A fun workshop based on collective intelligence and the scientific studies of the IPCC. It was created by Cédric Ringenbach (an engineer and professor) to help people understand the main mechanisms of climate change.
  • An association founded in 2018 with the goal of rapidly and widely disseminating this workshop and, more broadly, fostering a shared understanding of climate issues and the cause-and-effect relationships between human activity and climate change.

As a company, La Fresque du Climat will enable you to engage your employees around CSR development priorities.

Its program alternates between educational and interactive segments and is focused both on the well-being of participants and on identifying levers for action.

Objectives

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

• Understand the main cause-and-effect mechanisms of climate change;

• Grasp the scale of climate change;

• Share some of this knowledge;

• Identify individual and collective actions that can be implemented within their organization.

Duration

The training takes place over half a day (3 hours), at times of your choosing, delivered in-house.

 Pricing

  • In-company training  €1,500 excl. VAT, including preparation time and the debrief session with the client.

Audience & Accessibility

This training is open to everyone.

This training is accessible to people with disabilities. Our disability liaison, Yannis Zaïtouni, who is trained to support participants with disabilities, will work with you prior to the training to discuss possible accommodations (teaching methods, materials, and arrangements).

 Prerequisites

There are no specific prerequisites, except for a basic understanding of how a company operates, including purchasing, inventory, and sales processes.

Methods and Resources

We provide:

  • The provision and customization of theoretical training materials
  • Multiple-choice questionnaires (MCQs) to assess participants’ knowledge
  • Training certificates indicating each participant’s level of achievement
  • Training evaluation forms completed by participants
  • The training agreement

We organize:

  • A one-hour video meeting prior to the training to understand the context and, if necessary, adapt the teaching materials
  • A one-hour video debrief meeting after the training, based on the training certificates and evaluation forms

Number of Participants

The number of participants may range from 4 to 14.

Access Timeframe and Modalities

Our training sessions are scheduled on dates agreed with you. The minimum lead time between your request and the session is generally 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your availability and that of our trainers.

 Training Performance Rate

The training was added to the LEON catalog in 2024.

During the “Fresques Climat” sessions they have already led, our facilitators collected feedback from participants and created word clouds based on that feedback.

Below is an example of a word cloud collected at the end of a session with 25 students, using Mentimeter.

The larger the words appear, the more frequently they were mentioned by participants.

Assessment Methods

Participants are assessed through a multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) at the end of the training.

A certificate is issued to each participant at the end of the training, with three possible levels:

  • A – Knowledge mastered
  • B – Knowledge acquired
  • C – Knowledge not acquired

Facilitator

The program is delivered by one of the trainers from Cabinet LEON. Driven by a passion for knowledge sharing and experts in their field, our trainers are supported by Pierre Fournet, the pedagogical lead, responsible for ensuring compliance with our processes and QUALIOPI commitments, and by Yannis Zaïtouni, disability coordinator, in case any adaptations are required.
