Logistics Fresco

Overview

The Logistics Fresco is a fun and educational workshop created by :

  • By Club Déméter under the impetus of its members and inspired by the Fresque du Climat;
  • To raise awareness of the environmental consequences of the supply chain, with the aim of involving employees on a massive scale in the transition.

The training varies the teaching and interactive sessions, and focuses both on a well-being approach for the participants and on the identification of concrete actions to be taken in the field.
It is divided into three parts:

  • Identify: Determine the players, activities, means, resources, impacts and
    consequences on the supply chain;
  • Discuss: Discuss the medium- and long-term consequences of taking no
    action;
  • Taking action: Build an individual action plan based on a collaborative
    workshop.

Objectives

The course enables trainees to :

• Raising awareness of the need for sustainable logistics practices;
• Develop your understanding of the supply chain ;
• Understanding for effective action.

The course encourages teamwork and creativity.
Trainees are made aware of the environmental challenges facing the supply chain, and go back to their companies with pragmatic action plans to implement.

DURATION
The course is given on an in-company basis and lasts 2.5 hours.

PRICES

  • In-house training (≤ 10 participants): €1,300 (excluding tax), including preparation time and follow-up sessions with the client

Target Audience & Accessibility

This course is aimed at everyone.
It is particularly relevant for all employees concerned by the logistics sector, from operational staff to managers.
This training is accessible to people with disabilities. Our disability coordinator, Yannis Zaïtouni, who is trained to support these situations, will review possible adaptations with you prior to the training (teaching methods, materials, and delivery formats).

Methods and resources

We provide:

  • The provision and customization of training materials
  • Multiple-choice quizzes to assess participants’ acquired knowledge
  • Training certificates indicating each participant’s level of knowledge
  • Participant training evaluation forms
  • The training agreement

We organize:

  • A video conference lasting approximately 1 hour to prepare for the training, taking into account the context and adapting the training materials as needed
  • A video conference lasting approximately 1 hour to debrief on the training, based on the training certificates and evaluation forms

Number of participants

The number of participants can vary from 6 to 10.

Access Timeframe and Modalities

Our training sessions are scheduled on dates agreed with you. The minimum lead time between your request and the session is generally 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your availability and that of our trainers.

Training Performance Rate

Satisfaction rate: 97% – This rate is calculated based on training sessions conducted in 2025 and 2026.

Each trainee rates several criteria on a scale from 0 to 4.

The sum of the scores is then compared to the maximum possible total.

The average score given here is therefore 3.88/4.

Dropout rate: 0% – No trainee has ever dropped out of this training program.

Assessment procedures

Trainees are evaluated through a multiple-choice quiz at the end of the training.

A certificate is issued to each participant at the end of the training, with three possible levels:

A – Knowledge mastered,

B – Knowledge acquired,

C – Knowledge not acquired.

Trainer

The program is delivered by one of the trainers from Cabinet LEON. Driven by a passion for knowledge sharing and experts in their field, our trainers are supported by Pierre Fournet, the pedagogical lead, responsible for ensuring compliance with our processes and QUALIOPI commitments, and by Yannis Zaïtouni, disability coordinator, in case any adaptations are required.
