Mastering The Art Of Prompting Training

“Communicating effectively with generative AI”

Overview

This practical, interactive training enables you to understand the fundamentals of generative Artificial Intelligence and gain an immediate benefit for your professional activity.

You will learn to design clear, structured and effective prompts (instructions) in order to obtain more relevant, more reliable responses that are better suited to your needs. Beyond the basic principles, the training will provide you with a concrete method for interacting with the main generative AI tools and making full use of their potential.

Alternating accessible teaching input, live demonstrations and hands-on workshops, this session fosters a rapid skills development that can be directly applied in your day-to-day professional life.

Objectives

At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:

  • Understand what generative AI is and the key role of prompting;
  • Identify the essential elements of an effective prompt;
  • Apply basic and advanced techniques to improve the quality of AI responses;
  • Recognise relevant use cases in their professional context;
  • Be aware of the limitations and best practices for use.

UPCOMING DATES
To be defined.

DURATION

The course takes place over a single session of 2 hours.

PRICES

In-company training: €1,800 excl. VAT, including preparation time and the debrief time with the client.

Target audience & accessibility

This training is intended for all professionals, whatever their sector of activity, occupation or level of responsibility, who wish to understand the principles of generative Artificial Intelligence and integrate these tools into their professional practice in order to gain efficiency, quality and productivity.

This training is accessible to people with disabilities. Our disability liaison, Yannis Zaïtouni, who is trained to support these situations, will work with you, prior to the training, to explore possible accommodations (teaching methods, materials, procedures).

Prerequisites

No specific technical prerequisite in Artificial Intelligence is required. A basic familiarity with computer tools is sufficient.

Methods and resources

The teaching approach combines:

  • Clear, concise theoretical presentations;
  • Live demonstrations on generative AI tools;
  • Guided hands-on workshops for immediate application;
  • Discussions, sharing of experience and question-and-answer sessions;
  • A concise training handout given to participants.

We provide:

  • The teaching materials, adapted to the company’s context;
  • The multiple-choice questionnaires (MCQs) to assess the knowledge acquired by participants;
  • The training certificates indicating each participant’s level of acquired knowledge;
  • The participant training evaluation forms;
  • The training agreement.

We also organize:

  • A video meeting of approximately 1 hour to prepare the training, taking the context into account and adapting the teaching materials where necessary;
  • A video meeting of approximately 1 hour to debrief the training, based on the knowledge assessment results and participant feedback.

The training is delivered in-company at the client’s premises (or, on request and quotation, at our premises).

Number of participants

To ensure interactivity and quality exchanges during the workshops, a group of 5 to 15 participants is recommended (adjustable depending on the context).

Registration, access arrangements and lead time

Our training sessions are scheduled on dates agreed with you. The minimum lead time between your request and the session is generally 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your availability and that of our trainers.

Training Performance Rate

This training was added to the LEON catalogue in summer 2026.
As such, it does not yet have its own evaluation history.

The average satisfaction rate for LEON training courses is 93.4%. This indicator is calculated from all the training courses delivered in 2025 and 2026.

At the end of each training course, participants rate several criteria on a scale of 0 to 4. The satisfaction rate corresponds to the ratio between the total points obtained and the maximum possible score.
The average score given here is therefore 3.74/4.

Assessment methods

Participants are assessed through a multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) at the end of the training.

A certificate is issued to each participant at the end of the training, with three possible levels:

  • A – Knowledge mastered
  • B – Knowledge acquired
  • C – Knowledge not acquired

Trainer

The program is delivered by one of Cabinet LEON’s trainers, an expert in AI and its professional applications.

Driven by a passion for knowledge sharing and experts in their field, our trainers are supported by Pierre Fournet, pedagogical lead, who ensures compliance with our processes and our QUALIOPI commitments, and by Yannis Zaïtouni, disability coordinator, should any adaptation be required.
